RSR Dissimilar Material Joining Solution
The RSR Dissimilar Material Joining Solution is a patented, single-process, multi-material joining technology capable of integrating various dissimilar materials, including aluminum giga casting and ultra-high-strength steel of up to 2000 MPa. With the growing demand for electric vehicles, this solution is utilized in collaboration with Centerline (Windsor) Limited and Howmet Fastening Systems to manufacture lightweight body frames that preserve battery integrity.

Rivet Delivery System (RDS)
The Rivet Delivery System (RDS) is a patented rivet feeding mechanism that supplies RSR fasteners directly to the tip of the welding gun. It is designed to seamlessly integrate with conventional resistance spot welding (RSW) equipment, allowing operators to perform both RSR joining and standard spot welding within the same setup.

Rivet Checker – Ensures the correct rivet size is used for each operation. Ethernet/IP Controller Integration – Enables advanced process control and monitoring. RSR Collet – Holds the rivet precisely at the same center as the electrode. J-Track Feeder – Supplies rivets efficiently to the welding gun. Force-Displacement Monitoring – Ensures process accuracy and quality control. Universal Compatibility – Works with all major welding gun manufacturers.

Unlike conventional riveting methods, the RSR process eliminates the need for pre-drilled holes, especially when working with aluminum or magnesium as the top-layer material. This significantly reduces assembly time and process complexity, making RSR an efficient and cost-effective.
