Knuckle Deburring Automation

Deburring automation ensures consistent quality by applying a constant pressure and trajectory through robotic processing.
With precise control, it effectively removes burrs even from complex knuckle shapes, including curves, holes, and edges.

Process Workflow

    Placement Retrieve the finished machined knuckle product from the shuttle and place it onto the loading JIG.

    Deburring 1 Perform deburring on the damper side and the rear side of the caliper of the knuckle placed on the loading JIG.

    Deburring 2 The HH050 robot grips the product and adjusts to various angles for precise deburring.

    Discharge Conduct air blowing on the deburred product and sequentially load it onto the buffer JIG.
